Emmalyn Update!

I realized that my last post didn't have any pictures of Emma in them!! How dare I!! So in an attempt to fix that problem I am posting an update. She is now 14 mo. and is more of a handful everyday.....even as I write this she is throwing a fit still about the picture frame I took away from her about 20 min. ago complete with tears and kicking screams. When she isn't throwing a fit she is running around tormenting the dog. She now says more words and signs for food and please. We are still working on grandma but she says mama, dada, puppy, odin- well its more like 'oooon', snack-'nack', where'd it go-'go (with hands out to the side). She gives kisses and blows kisses and brad taught her to 'pound it'. She knows where her belly, toes, eyes, ears, nose, and mouth are. She is really smart- well of course I think that. She is really tall for her age and weighed 24lbs at her last appt. which we went to for her first ear infection. I've decided that a nanny for when they are sick would be a great idea. Then I wouldn't be up all night. hehe. Well that's about it so here are the pics.

We took her out in the snow the other day when it was finally warm enough to go out. The dog loved it of course, and Emma liked to throw his toy.

I decided to be a little bit domestic and baked cookies and brownies for Valentines day. Well Brad came home early from work and 'helped'. The smell was just too much for both of them and I had to hand over a cookie to each of them. I think Emma liked it!

For Valentines day we got her this little couch to sit on in the living room. She is always falling trying to get up on the big couches so we thought this would be a better solution. She loves it. It folds out into a bed and she just plays on it all day long. Even her babies have migrated from the crib to the couch!
